Adding User & assigning location to a user

Adding Users in Zuriey POS

To add new users in Zuriey POS, follow these steps:

1. Navigate to User Management: Go to Users -> Add New.
2. Fill in User Details: Enter the required user information, select the appropriate user role, and assign a unique username.
3. Sales Commission Percentage (%): Specify the commission percentage for this user. This setting will apply if the commission agent feature is enabled (Note: This feature is not available in Zuriey POS Lite).
4. Is Active?: Choose whether to activate or deactivate the user.
5. Edit/Delete Users: You have the option to edit or delete a user as needed.
6. Assign Locations: Assign specific locations to the user as shown in the accompanying image.
7. Max Sales Discount: Set the maximum discount percentage that this user can offer during sales in the POS and sales screens. If you prefer not to impose any restrictions, simply leave this field blank.
8. Disable Login: You can disable the user's login access as illustrated in the image below.

By following these steps, you can effectively manage user roles and permissions within Zuriey POS.
