Managing Advanced Balance in Zuriey POS

The Advanced Balance feature in Zuriey POS allows you to track amounts that are prepaid by customers or owed to suppliers.

  • Advanced Balance for Customers: This represents the total amount that your business should pay to customers.
  • Advanced Balance for Suppliers: This indicates the total amount that suppliers should pay to your business.

Adding an Advanced Balance

To add an advanced balance:

  1. Navigate to Customers/Suppliers: Go to Customers -> Customers/Suppliers.
  2. Select Action Button: Click on the Action button next to the relevant customer or supplier.
  3. Choose Pay Option: From the dropdown, select the Pay option.
  4. Add Payment: A pop-up will appear where you can enter the required amount for the advanced balance.
  5. Save the Amount: After entering the amount, click on the Save button to record the advanced balance.

Making Sales/Purchases Using Advanced Balance

To utilize the advanced balance when making a sale or purchase:

  1. Create a Sale or Purchase: Start by adding a new sale or purchase in Zuriey POS.
  2. Select Customer/Supplier: Choose the customer or supplier for whom you have added an advanced balance.
  3. Select Advance Option: During the payment process, select the Advance option.
  4. Save Transaction: Complete the transaction by saving it.

By following these steps, you can effectively manage and utilize advanced balances for both customers and suppliers in Zuriey POS, enhancing your financial tracking and transaction processes.
