Resolving Stock Quantity Mismatches in Zuriey POS
If you encounter errors related to mismatches between sold and purchased quantities or discrepancies in stock levels displayed in reports and the sales screen, follow the solutions outlined below to rectify these issues.
Common Errors
- Error 1: Mismatch between sold and purchased quantity.
- Error 2: Discrepancy in stock levels shown in Stock Report versus the sales screen, where the sales screen may accept quantities greater or less than what is reflected in stock reports.
These issues can arise due to various reasons, including manual updates to the database or system errors.
Solution 1: Fixing Mismatches via Product Stock Details
Note: You must have admin role permissions for this solution to work.
- Access Product Stock Details:
- Go to the following URL:

- Go to the following URL:
- Select Business Location:
- IMPORTANT: Choose the relevant business location from the dropdown menu and press the Search button. This will display a list of products with mismatched stock quantities.
- Fix Mismatched Products:
- IMPORTANT: Click on the Fix button next to each product that shows a mismatch.

Solution 2: Using Product Stock History
If Solution 1 does not resolve the issue, follow these steps:
- Navigate to List Products:
- Go to the List Products screen and find the product with a mismatch.
- Access Product Stock History:
- Click on the Actions button for that specific product.
- Select Product Stock History from the dropdown menu. This will direct you to the Product Stock History screen.
- Select Location and Variation:
- In the Product Stock History, choose the specific location where the mismatch is occurring.
- If applicable, select the particular variation of the product (only if it is a variable product).
- Automatic Fix:
- This action will automatically correct the mismatch issue for that product at that location.
