Adding Custom Labels for Products in Zuriey POS

Custom labels allow you to add specific fields to your product entries, enabling you to capture additional information that is relevant to your business needs. In Zuriey POS, you can create up to 20 custom fields for products, which can include details like brand codes, product codes, and more.

Steps to Add Custom Labels

1. Navigate to Custom Labels:
   • Go to Settings -> Business Settings -> Custom Labels.
2. Add Custom Label Name:
   • In the custom labels section, provide a name for each custom label you want to create. This could be anything relevant to your products (e.g., "Brand Code," "Product Code").
3. Specify Field Type:
   • For each custom label, you can specify the data type by selecting from the following options:
     • Text: For general text input.
     • Date Picker: For selecting dates.
     • Dropdown: For predefined options.
       • If you choose the dropdown type, add each option on a new line (use a line break after each option).
4. Save Changes:
   • After adding all desired custom labels and specifying their types, make sure to save your changes.

Using Custom Labels

• Once you have set up the custom labels, they will be available when adding or editing products.
• You can fill in these custom fields with relevant information for each product, enhancing your inventory management and reporting capabilities.
