Reports in Zuriey POS provide a comprehensive overview of your business operations, enabling you to analyze various aspects such as sales, purchases, stock levels, and expenses. To view a report, simply click on Reports and select the specific report you wish to analyze. Many reports include filtering options to help you gain deeper insights into your business performance.

Types of Reports

1. Purchase & Sale Report

This report provides essential information about your purchasing and sales activities:

  • Total Purchases: The overall amount spent on purchases.
  • Purchases Including Tax: Total purchases with applicable taxes included.
  • Purchases with Dues Amount: Outstanding amounts from purchases.
  • Total Sales: The overall sales revenue.
  • Sales Including Tax: Total sales with applicable taxes included.
  • Sales Due: Outstanding amounts from sales.

2. Tax Reports

This report summarizes tax-related information:

  • Input Taxes: Taxes paid on purchases.
  • Output Taxes: Taxes collected on sales.

3. Contacts Report (Customers & Suppliers Reports)

This report details transactions involving all contacts:

  • Displays purchase and sale details linked to suppliers and customers.
  • Shows any due amounts:
    • Positive Due Amount: Indicates payments received from contacts.
    • Negative Due Amount: Indicates payments owed to contacts.

4. Stock Report

The stock report provides insights into inventory management:

  • Displays stock details, including remaining quantities and total quantities sold for all products.
  • For variable products, click the Green Plus button before the SKU column to view detailed stock reports for each product variation.

Stock Value by Purchase & Sales Price

In the stock report, you can also view the current stock value based on both purchase price and selling price.

Tracking Product Stock Report with Date

To check product stock reports by date, use the ‘Product Stock History’ link available in the stock report.

5. Trending Products Report

This report helps identify product demand trends:

  • Apply various filters to analyze trends based on specific criteria:
    • Select a Business Location for localized trends.
    • Filter by Product CategorySub-CategoryBrandsUnits, and Date Range.
    • Set the number of products to display top-selling items (e.g., Top 5, Top 10).

6. Expense Report

The expense report allows you to analyze business expenses:

  • Analyze expenses by business locations and categories.

7. Register Report

This report provides details of all cash registers:

  • View register details and filter based on:
    • User
    • Status (Open or Closed)

8. Sales Representative Report

This report displays sales and expense details for each sales representative:

  • Filter results by:
    • User
    • Business Location
    • Date Range

9. Grouping Invoices in Product Sell Report

Invoices can be grouped for convenience in the product sell report:

  1. Go to Reports > Product Sell Report.
  2. Click on the Grouped tab.

Invoices are grouped based on criteria such as date and product name. For example, all Butter Cookies sold today will be shown in one row, while those sold yesterday will appear in another row.
