Reward Points Settings in Zuriey POS

The reward points settings in Zuriey POS are divided into two main parts: Earning Points Settings and Redeem Points Settings. Here’s a detailed overview of each section:

Earning Points Settings

  1. Reward Points Display Name:
    • This is the label used to display reward points. You can customize it to terms like "Reward Points," "Reward Coins," etc. This label is only for display purposes.
  2. Amount Spent for Unit Point:
    • This setting defines how much a customer must spend to earn one reward point.
    • Example: If you set this value to 10, customers will earn 1 reward point for every $10 spent. Therefore, if a customer spends $1,000, they will receive 100 reward points.
  3. Minimum Order Total to Earn a Reward:
    • This specifies the minimum amount a customer must spend to qualify for earning reward points.
    • Example: If set to 100, customers will only earn reward points if their invoice total is $100 or more. If their total is $99, they will not earn any points. The minimum value you can set is 1.
  4. Maximum Points Per Order:
    • This sets the maximum number of reward points a customer can earn on a single invoice. If you do not wish to impose any restrictions, leave this field empty.
  5. Note on Returns:
    • When a sale is returned, the reward points earned from that transaction will be automatically deducted.

Redeem Points Settings

  1. Redeem Amount Per Unit Point:
    • This indicates the monetary value of each reward point when redeemed.
    • Example: If 1 point equals $1, enter 1. If 2 points equal $1, enter 0.50.
  2. Minimum Order Total to Redeem Points:
    • Set the minimum order total required for customers to redeem their points.
  3. Minimum Redeem Points Per Order:
    • Specify the minimum number of redeemable points that can be used per invoice. Leave this blank if you do not want to enforce this restriction.
  4. Maximum Redeem Points Per Order:
    • Set the maximum number of points that can be redeemed in one order. Leave it blank if you prefer no restrictions.
  5. Redeem Point Expiry Period:
    • Define the expiry period for earned points, which can be set in months or years. After this period, expired points will be automatically deducted from the customer's account.
  6. Note on Cron Job:
    • This is already running from the Panel no need to do anything.

Displaying Remaining Reward Points

To show customers their remaining reward points on invoices, you can enable this option in the invoice layout settings.By configuring these settings effectively, you can enhance customer engagement and satisfaction through a well-structured rewards program in Zuriey POS!
