Setting Business Multiple Locations or Ware House or Storefronts

Zuriey POS offers the capability to manage multiple business locations, warehouses, or storefronts effectively.
A default location is automatically created when you set up a new business.Invoice Scheme: Prior to establishing a new location or storefront, you can either define a new invoice scheme or utilize existing ones. Having distinct invoice schemes for different locations can assist in identification. The invoice scheme refers to the format of the invoice number.
Invoice Layout: If you prefer a unique invoice layout for a specific location, ensure that you create this layout before adding the new location.Default Selling Price Group: Select the selling price group that will be applicable at this location.
Payment Options: You can enable or disable various payment methods and designate default payment accounts for different methods.You can modify the invoice scheme and layout for any business location at any time.To create a new business location, storefront, or warehouse, navigate to Settings -> Business Locations. Fill in the necessary business details and choose an invoice scheme and layout for the location. When managing multiple locations, remember to select the appropriate location when adding purchases or on the POS screen.Inventory and transactions are tracked separately for each location you establish, allowing for easy monitoring and analysis.
Disabling a Business Location: To disable a business location, click the Disable button found in the List Business Locations section.
Note 1: Once a business location is disabled, any users assigned to that location must be reassigned to another active business location.
Note 2: At least one business location must remain active; if all locations are disabled, the application will generate errors.
