Adding Variations in Zuriey POS

Variations in Zuriey POS allow you to manage products that have multiple attributes, such as size, color, or any other distinguishing feature. This is particularly useful for variable products, enabling you to offer a range of options to your customers.

Accessing Variations

1. Navigate to Variations: Go to Products -> Variations in the Zuriey POS menu.
2. Creating a Variation:
   • Example: For a product like jeans that come in various colors, you would create a variation named "Colors" and provide the specific color values (e.g., Blue, Black, Red).

Important Note

• The Delete Variation option will not be available for variations that are already associated with existing products. Ensure that a variation is not in use before attempting to delete it.

Adding Multiple Variations for Products

If a product has more than one variation, such as a shirt with size 'M' and brand 'POLO', or a book with varying page counts and sizes, you can create combined variations. Here’s how:

1. Define Combined Variation Name:
   • For example, you might use "Size – Pages" as the variation name.
2. Enter Variation Values:
   • List the possible combinations of variations. For example:
     • Long - 30
     • Long - 120
     • Long - 200
     • Small - 30
     • Small - 120

This method allows you to efficiently manage products that require multiple attributes without needing to create separate entries for each combination.By utilizing variations effectively in Zuriey POS, you can enhance your product offerings and provide customers with more options, improving their shopping experience!
