Enabling Reward Points in Zuriey POS

Creating Loyalty Cards for Customers
Once the reward points feature is activated, you can easily set up Loyalty Cards for your customers by following these steps:
- Assign a Customer ID: When adding a new customer, ensure that you provide them with a unique Customer ID. This ID will be their key to accessing exclusive benefits.
- Print the Loyalty Card: Using the assigned Customer ID, design and print the Loyalty Card. This card will allow customers to accumulate and redeem reward points. You can use design software like Canva or other graphic design tools to create the card for printing.
Using Loyalty Cards at the Point of Sale (POS)
- Select Customer: Start by selecting the customer who is making a purchase. You can do this by scanning the QR/barcode on their Loyalty Card, entering their mobile number, or typing in their name to link the sale to their account.
- Complete the Sale: The system will automatically associate the sale with the customer’s Loyalty Card, ensuring they receive the appropriate reward points for their purchase.
